General Policies:
- Sales tax will be automatically added for all orders shipping within the state of California.
- Our jewelry items are built to last a lifetime. We strongly advise you not to wear your Lori Lewis Designs in industrial settings or any environment where there is potential for the jewelry to be caught in machinery or other items which may result in injury to you. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper or unsafe use of our Accessories.
- All of our jewelry items are handmade with sterling silver or 14 kt filled-gold (an heirloom-quality metal of gold over a copper or nickel core) components, semi-precious gemstones and fine glass and crystal beads. Our pieces may exhibit slight irregularities as a result of handcrafting and/or the natural physical variances inherent in natural gemstones and pearls.
Shipping:
- We ship via insured USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation for a flat rate of $6. Most items will ship within 48 hours of when your order is placed. Seasonal collection items (Spring/Summer and Fall/winter collections) are made-to-order and will ship within 1-2 weeks after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email advising you when your item ships.
- Expedited shipping and handling is available via USPS Priority Overnight service for a flat rate fee of $25. Expedited orders for in-stock items will ship within 24 hours of when your order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the website.
Return Policy:
- We guarantee our items against assembly defects. In the rare event of a problem with one of our pieces, simply ship us the item and we will inspect it to confirm that the defect is related to our assembly of the item. If that is the case, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you at our cost, along with a coupon for the amount of your return postage for use on a future Lori Lewis Designs purchase (you return shipping would, in effect, be free).
If we determine the damage is not a result of our workmanship or materials, you have the following options:
- We can repair the item for you for a $20. repair fee;
- We can ship the item back to you at your expense
- You may return the item to us for credit in our boutique (minus a 25% restocking fee)
- Our in-stock jewelry items may be returned within one week of receipt for refund or exchange, provided they do not display signs of excessive/rough wear or are not damaged.
- Custom-made items are non-refundable.

- We respect you and we pledge to protect your privacy. Any personal information we collect about you during your purchase on our site will be used only with regard to the specific transaction for which it is provided.
- We will not share, rent or sell your personal information to any third party.
